A smart reconfiguration of a garage into three valuable spaces: a comfortable extra bedroom, a functional utility room, and a retained storage area. We managed the full fit-out, including insulated partition walls, plumbing for laundry appliances, and a full thermal upgrade to create a warm, habitable living space.
